How it works?
Enter your customers’ information such as email addresses, phone numbers of accounts receivable and basic project information, like hourly rates.
Mark important or actual customers as frequent, so they will always appear on the top of your project list in your main menu.

Use it as time clock: Choose any project or customer and let go_disko* ticTac count your working time while you‘re doing other tasks, like making a phone call. When you've finished your task, stop the clock and enter a job description or personal comments.
Enter time frame, job description or personal comments for any job after finishing it each day.
You can also use the calendar to record your time day by day or to get an overview of the jobs you or your team has already completed.
For balancing all accounts, say at the end of each month, you can easily search all open hours, choose the ones you want to invoice and print out job reports for each customer, create a PDF or export your times by a few clicks.

If you‘re working in a team and need to keep track of the jobs of your co-workers, simply import the times of them before you balance the accounts.

Do you need to create reports for each project or customer by staff?
Analysis reports such as a monthly subtotal by staff or by project are also possible.
